I am not stuck in here.

I may get stuck on it.

Now... would you care for Ewa Kupiec's version of LJ's piano solo catalog or the interesting but not yet entirely convincing (to me) Skampa quartets. That is not to diminish them -- I am just now listening to newer interpretations as I regain some strength and joie de vivre.

In a world where sites are eyesores... yours is a balm.

Such a nice surprise, Chimez...

When your Hall was launched and I responded to a request, long before your re-entrance in the arena, I felt a desire to push ahead again a 'temporary' revival of this blog.

I'm preparing an unusual reopening – or so I hope – and, once more, eclectic. Wait (for Ewa's sake) and see!

There's one particular LJ / Palenicek that I miss — had been sold-out when I looked for it, and then I moved on to other things. Now I'm considering this, with Thomas Adès, Ian Bostridge and Ruby Philogene:

I own 2 or 3 sets of the Quartets, and these will have to do.

Thanks for the complement.
